If you are experiencing a TOTAL cable tv outage on your Comcast or Verizon service, OR one or more of the Boxford Channels (Comcast: 8,22,99 / Verizon: 45,39,40) are having issues, then click on Report An Outage link to send us an email.  

Please replace the ??? in the email subject line with the name of your provider: either Comcast or Verizon.  In the body of the email, please briefly describe what the outage issue is.  BCATv will do our best to help you out.
